I'm not sure what I saw this evening. It was a yellow SUV. Had Ferrari markings. I've never seen anything like it. Does anyone have pics or information on this vehicle??? I'd like to learn more about it.
Thanks

Chances are it was just someone who put Ferrari markings on it.

I was on Martha's Vineyard this weekend and saw a yellow Ferrari SUV. It was parked and we got a pretty good look at it. Odd looking car. Anybody else ever see one of these?

If it was the same as the vehicle I saw, this would be it. I don't know if Isuzu offers a Ferrari package on the V-Cross / VX-4, but it was kinda interesting.

The vehicle I saw did not look anything like the Isuzu vehi-cross.

What do you mean by Ferrari markings? Fiat/Ferrari have the Maserati division for four door luxury cars and SUV's, it is highly unlikely that it was anything legit.

You really think the Porsche Cheyenne is sweat??? Think it's just plain ugly...and think it's really a bad idea for a sportscar brand to make SUVs...hope Ferrari will never, never do that! :) (ofcourse all above is just IMHO :D)

I like the Cayenne, but I don't see how anyone who nows just a tiny little bit about cars can get a porshe and a ferrari logo mixed up.
They're unbelievably un-alike

Wow,I can see how it would take a total dummy to mistake a porche emblem from a ferrari emblem!
Well i think your wrong mister car man but if you say so.
Ferrari doesnt make an suv and if you look at the front of the porche it resembles the classic farrari front end.

You may be talking about the Laforza. The Laforza is
often called a Ferrari but as far as I now the only con-
nection that it has with Ferrari is purely of a financial
nature. It is built in America and has a Ford Explorer
driveline with Italian body work. It's nearest competitor
might be the Range Rover. From what I know about it
it has not been very profitable lately.
Here are some photos of the Laforza.

I don't see any Ferrari symbles on it, but being how it
is so commonly associated with Ferrari someone may
have just saw it fitting to put them on it.

If that is the Ferrari SUV then I don't really like it but I like Ferrari and all but I don't think Ferrari should have made an SUV like Lamborghini and Porsche.

Why would you think that Isuzu would offer a package on one of it's models that features the emblem's of ANOTHER manufacturer. Plus, why would Ferrari let Isuzu use their logo's? Don't make no sense to me.

This whole thread makes no sense! :screwy:
Someone saw a Ferrari badge on some SUV and thought that was a Ferrari :lol2: As if we don't see Ferrari badges all over the place (even on Porsche Cayennes! true story..)
Today I saw a Lamborghini badge on a 3 door hatchback but I wont go about spreading the word of Lambo's new 1.4Lt economy citycar :shakehead

ferrari would never make an suv, they wouldnt turn a profit. Porsche could only do it because its has the ability and market to make a "cheap" (under 100k) suv. No one would by a 320,000 dollar bulky ass suv.

That's not why they would never make it. Ferrari is already having financial problems as it is. They don't turn a profit.

ok that makes no sense. Are you basically saying that ferrari has no money so they couldnt make a new model?

I saw a Laforza today and I thought it was a ferrari SUV, but now that I have searched I know it's not. Has anyone seen the Lamborghini SUV that was out in the 90's? Now that is a nice SUV and was out before the craze really set in. And yes it is an actual SUV. It's called the LM 002. I've seen one in Costa Mesa at South Coast Plaza once and other than that just pics on the internet. I hear they may come out with a new one.

Ferrari won't build an SUV, but Maserati and Alfa Romeo might build SUVs. GM paid Fiat $1.3 billion and with that money Alfa Romeo bought Maserati from Ferrari. GM will have to pay Fiat another $700 million.
