1990 Toyota Corolla won't start

I have just gotten a 1990 ToyotaCorolla (http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/#) that had been setting for about 18months.

Replaced

Plugs
Plug Wires
Distributor Cap
Rotor
Ignition Coil

Would not start

Noticed fuse for EFI blown
Replaced fuse
Runs for about 15 - 20 sec. Fuse blows
Check Engine Light comes on when trying to start

Replaced fuel pump
Not blowing fuses
Car (http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/#) starts, ran for about 2 mins.
Will not start again.
Check Engine Light NOT coming on when trying to start.

EFI Relay
Power on relay side only
No power on contact side
Relay operational

Any thoughts, Theories, Prayers?
