turbo spec v

I'm looking to turbo my 03 spec. I have rebuilt engine new rings honed out cyls and had heads rebuilt. I have found a kit by godspeed for 900 bucks on ebay and I'm looking at a apex afc. For fuel management. Do I still need to reflash or is the apex afc good enough. I'm looking to just push 6 to 7 psi
