New Compressor for '99 Sub

I'm getting ready to change out the a/c compressor on my '99 Suburban. I've got a new Four Seasons unit lined up for the swap. I've seen that the new factory Delhpi units can leak where the case is split. The Four Seasons unit is comparable in price to a factory compressor, and I have not read any negative reviews on these units. Anyone have any experience with the Four Seasons equipment?

If you haven't bought your compressor and drier yet I have the whole set new in a box that I won't be using. I replaced the comp/drier/etc. in my '96 Suburban last summer and somehow ended up with 2 sets of comp/drier. I am pretty sure its the Delphi or Delco, but if you're interested I'll check the box.

Most 4 Season stuff comes from the bottom of the barrel.

But New is always better than rebuilt.

Thanks for the input on this. After taking stuff apart today, it seems that the only leak I had was the high pressure hose. The compressor had no detectable leaks and still works so I'll just keep it for now. With 140,000 miles on it the thing's life span is up in the air, but maybe I'll get lucky and have it last for awhile. I replaced the hose setup and orifice tube, recharged the system, and I'm back in the cold air business! Thanks again.
