please help 300zx problam

i have a 90 300zx ran perfect yesterday drove today skipped missed all the way to the store and would not restart would turn over no fire. pushed off missed all the way home. would not start at the house, ran diag and found coads 11,13,34,53. waited 3hrs and started fine purred like a kitten wtf? what would make it run bad 1 min and good the next been this way for 2 weeks and i do not have a clue. any help is nice love my car any advice from someone that knows this car please.
