camaro '94 vs '00

Looked for it in these forums, but could not find what I was looking for, so here is the deal: I am looking to buy a camaro! I found two that I like, but not sure which way to go. One is a '94 the other is a 2000.
'94: ttop, good condition, 94k engine, 131k body. manual transmission. $2500.
'00:GREAT body condition, not sure about engine (need to look at it), 160k on engine, does NOT have ttop. auto transmission. $2700.
They are both V6.
