Ford F150 2000 engine bogging down during acceleration

I have a Ford F150 2000 truck and the engine seems to bog down during acceleration. I replaced the fuel pump last summer and it seems to be working fine but now it just seems to bog down alot. It starts ok and runs fine in idle . any help would be appreciated. thanks.
