Changing radio from stock

Truck is a 2008 Silverado LT crew cab with the factory cd player and On star what I'm leaning towards is a Pioneer DEH 7300BT so I can have the hands free blue tooth capabilities without having to buy time through onstar for their services.
My question is what exactly will I need besides the following to complete the swap?
1. new head unit (see above)
2. interface to adapt steering wheel controls
3. wiring adapters for factory stereo plugs
4. antenna adapter
5. mounting kit for stereo
Is there anything else I should be adding to the list before I start buying parts?
