Broken body mount bolt

I have a 2002 Sierra 1500 Z71 off road, the body mount bolt on the front of the cab is broken off inside. Has this happened to anyone and how can i get it out. is there anyway to remove the mount between the cab and the frame so i can heat it up with a torch to get it out.
