99 Regal wont start except in Rev or Drive? WTH?

LS has to have shifter in drv or rev to start. Any ideas? Also stalls with blinkers on which I have read is possibly a bad ign sw. Any help would be GREAT!!!

Sounds like the P/N switch on top of the tranny, is out of adjustment, or bad....

Doubt it's the ignition switch......
