It's been a while (by my standards ;) ) but I finished another one.
Of course I built Tamiyas FW11 with a red number 5. Everything fits nice, only the front suspension should be done different to the instructions (glue in the side parts first, cut and fit the suspension arms later) or you will end up with gaps in the side. The biggest problem are the decals - I've learned many techniques in the last 6 years, but applying big decals over rounded areas is not one of them. I used up 2 sets of Indycals, so now it's ok on the photos, but in real you see some wrinkles and touch-ups, therefore I'm trying to get hold of a new kit, and then I will paint the blue and only do stripe decals.
Painted with TS16, 26, 29 per Airbrush and Alclad Alu, Zero 1k on top. I added some wires and Leukosilk belts. Hope you like it.

Very nice.
I have this one in my stash. I hope it'll look as good as yours.
Although I definately won't be building the Red 5 (bit of a Piquet sr. fan myself...)

Nice build and the minor detailing still looks very effective.

I've sat on this kit for years, mainly because I can't decide weather to paint or decal the blue areas. You've made an excellent and clean job of it, it looks great..!!! If mine would turn out as good as yours I'd be building it right now..
