Quick Question About Headlights

Does anyone know how to mod your headlight/who to go to to get the red light in both headlights as shown in the following pic?

You buy them that way. Do a google search for "rsx projector led headlight" (minus quotes). You'll find many different sites selling them. They look like this, when not installed and lit up:
