Replace rear bumper reflector

I have a damaged rear bumper reflector and would like to take it out and replace it. How is this done? The replacement attaches at 3 points. Two look like they slide around a hook or post and the 3rd is a metal piece that looks to clip to something by compression.

I need to get the broken piece out and do not want to damage the plastic that surrounds the reflector by prying it out. Prying may also damage the piece that holds the clip in place.
