While driving yesterday I noticed the anit-theft light flashing on and off very fast ( which has never happen). After parking the car it will not crank. I tried to jump it, but notice that my inside light were working therefore telling me that the battery was ok. The headlights will not come on. I am not able to lock the car w/remote keypad. I have tried the spare key thinking that I would have to reset the keys which both are working fine. When I take the key out of ignition I hear a lot of clicking coming from under the steering wheel like in the fuse box. I pulled out the anti-theft module fuse, still not cranking. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

If your lights are on, it does not necessarily mean your battery is dead. I've seen some cars where the battery was just barely "surviving" but it was not good enough for it to start the car. You still should use a DMM to check the battery, and continue from there. IF it is just over 12V it is going bad. 12.6 would be very good.
