Electronic Range Selecter (ERS)

The ERS is not working (gear shift or display) when I try to do a manual shift on our 2009 Town & Country (Chrysler). I don't recall trying to use it until about 2000 miles after the last oil change. The transmission shifts fine automatically. It seems like an electrical connection problem. Where is the relay located?
