It means "Driver Air Bag Circuit Resistance High "
This could be a bad driver's airbag in the steering wheel, a bad airbag in the seat, bad wiring (includes connectors), a bad clockspring, or a bad RCM (restraint control module).
In practice, it is usually the clockspring. The second most common failure is the airbag connector under the driver's seat.

ok so ill check the connector first.
