1999 Chevy Blazer 4.3 4x4
I am having a problem where I turn the key and I have no power. No lights come on, no fuel pump priming, nothing. I had the negative cable off the battery and the PCM disconnected to remove the blower motor. Reconnected the cables to the PCM and the negative cable to the battery. I had faint lights and faint power to the windows locks etc but now nothing. Like I said when I turn the key, I have nothing at all. I retraced my steps to see if I forgot a connection at the PCM but nothing is missing. I retook the battery cable off and removed PCM again and reconnected everything.
Battery replaced Nov. 2010, alternator replaced Nov. 2010 but from searching I am seeing either a bad cable or bad connection at the battery as the problem. I also have no under hood light on. I checked fuses in both boxes and certain fuses you can hear noises in the dash when they are removed. I checked them with a fuse checker and they were good.
Going to try to find the meter/test light to see if I got voltage going across the cables.
Any suggestions?

Can't get volt readings as the voltmeter is dead.
Going to run that battery over to Autozone tomorrow to see what it reads.
When I connect the cable, I do hear a noise in the engine bay like a relay or something to that effect is kicking on.

Bad battery, checked at autozone, it failed and was replaced. Car starts/runs great again.
