1996 cherokee no spark no fuel but engine cranks new crank sensor and new cam sensor

How many miles on the vehicle?

How many miles on the spark plugs, cap and rotor?

Check all your electrical connections in the engine bay, especially those for the new sensors.

13000 miles.engine is in time.no comm at OBD2 connector.tried different ecm no luck.no check engine light inside.tried new asd no luck.checked all basic commections 2 times all good.checked for corrosion at main fuse block inside and out no luck.ran a different ground to engine block to battery and body no luck.Its like the ecm is not powering up is there a fuseable link protecting it.Put in new ignition switch no luck

First thoughts:

Check for continuity to the ECM, especially through the fusible link. Check battery cables for corrosion.
