Hi my gear selector light doesn't come on. Does anyone know what's the fuse number for it? also, if it isn't the fuse is it difficult to replace the bulb?
Thanks
Thanks

You shifter indicator bulb (194 bulb number) has burned out. Pretty easy and cheap fix. The top of the indicator has to be removed/lifted up and the bulb needs to be replaced.
after you rule out it's not a fuse, goto the following pdf file:
http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/Sentra/2001_Sentra/bt.pdf
looks like you can just pull the cover off (held by spring clips)
see page BT-23 C & #4 in that diagram
another site says it may be bulb #158...
you can usually see the bulb # once you pull it out (same size bulbs, one is just brighter / more watts)
