Just put a set of wheels/tires from a 2011 z71 on my 1999 Classic K1500 z71, looks nice, what size spare do I need to put underneath so I dont mess anything up if I have a flat. Went from factory 265/75/R16 to the bridgestone dueller, P265/65/R18.
I guess my speedometer will be off too, but I can check it with my gps.

Why can't you use the same size that is on the truck as a spare?

look up the rev's per mile on both old and new tires. if different you will need to replace the spare with a tire of the SAME rev's per mile.
if the new tires have lower rev's per mile the speedo will indicate a lower speed. this can get you speed tickets if off too much.
you can get a programer to change this .
