progress on first japanese car

i took all the advice on getting over modlers block and started building something different ,a jap car .changing the type of model seems to be working
just a couple of pics at the momentshowing the paint finish and the body mods i made
its painted in colour ghange nail polish lot cheaper than the paint

you cant buy this kit,someone gave me a fujimi silvia(crappy kit) i used the aero parts to modify the tamiya celeca

How long did YOU leave it between the colour and clear coats and what did you use to clean your gun I mean airbrush after spraying the nailpolish?
OOh lacquer thinner on your gun - would have to be like turps on a cats arse.

about 2 days before applying the clear coat
i used turps to clean out the airbrush works fine
