I feel an old bumble bee sting again?

I have had this numb pain feel of an old bumble bee sting in my left index finger at least 2 times a year? This happened really long ago I think in 97-98, I was playing with my friends and we went up to a small flower tree where bumble bees were doing their thing. So for fun we use to track bee’s making their entry into flowers and I twisted the petals locking the bee inside and ripped the flower off throwing it far away. It was funny to hear them buzz away in the flower as we threw them on the grass. This had worked dozens of times but this bee slipped through the petals as I twisted and stung me in my left index finger. I wanted to crush it but feared all its venom would go in me and I tried to track it down but it was scared and never struck back again.

Wait so you were stung by a bee over 10 years ago and you still feel it??

Possibly some of the venom did a small amount of nerve damage and every now and then you do something that tries to use those nerves.
