1997 ford thunderbird 4.6 v8 hard starting

I have a fix for the 4.6 thunderbird V8, hard starting . Relays clicking cooling fan runs with key turn on . Tested all grounds and looked for codes , had only 02 sensors codes. Tested the relay box on right front core support, with a good one , still hard starting . Replaced engine computer with a rebuilt caredone , part #78-7060 .
