99 rav4 L: deployed airbag removal

I've been working with a 99 rav4 L the past week and I've got the steering wheel airbag removed but the passenger side airbag in the dash has been a huge issue because of the last bolt torwards the center of dash (left hand side when sitting in passenger seat). I understand how all the other bolts came out but the last 1 is right above a piece of the ductwork and I've about ripped dash out getting to that last bolt. I know I'm doing something wrong I just dont know what it is. so how does the passenger side airbag come out?
