2002 Neon Power Steering

My brother in law has a 2002 Neon. He ran over something in the road and lost his power steering. No fluid in the resevoir(sp). Jacked the car up and noticed that the line going into the cooler in the driver side had been damaged and assume this is where the car lost the fluid and had the damage. Question is, where does this line go to? He is wanting to fix it himself with my help, but I do not know if this line coming out of the cooler is a smal line. I do not know where this line goes. I only assume it goes to the power steering box located on the steering shaft. If any body can help me on this and has a diagram or picture of how this line runs it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
