Best replacement headlights?

I have a 98 GP GT and would like to replace the headlights. There are a million options available and I was wondering what others have used and would recommend. I would like either projector or HIDs. I tried searching for this but didn't find anything.

While there are many choices be aware of what is legal for use in PA. If you decide to replace the head lights with new capsules they must be labeled with the DOT number. As for the bulbs just about anything goes. HID's are great but make sure they have high beams as well as low beams. Projectors are also good but you may have a hard time finding them for your model of vehicle. Finally, I will not personally use any of the colored bulbs. They do not provide enough light to be useful in bad weather conditions. Silver Stars are good but they can be expensive if you decide to stick to stock bulbs.

I am happy with the Silverstar Ultras. The hids have issues with dimming and flickering unless you get the updated wiring harneses. Never buy the Ebay headlight bulbs, they last a few months and a pita to return. I have the alternator re-wired and that helped with the headlight brightness also.
