Need to find this wheel! HELP!

I need to find this cobra r replica wheel. I only need one not an entire set. I can not find this no matter where I look. Please help. I already have 3 on my car and one was broken in an accident. Theres places that do repair them. I had one repaied for my wifes Mountaineer that got 'T'-boned. Looked brand new! Never had a balance problem with it.

the rim was cracked on a weird angle and included the outer lip of the rim.I was told that this could not be repaired. Also this wheel was on a 96 ford thunderbird so the bolt pattern has to match
