'04 Escape rear glass release

I recently bought me an '04 Ford Escape. It came with only one keyless entry remote and it was a 3 button remote (lock, unlock, panic buttons). I ordered 2 new remotes off ebay, although I bought 4 button remotes that has a rear glass release. I programmed them and they work just fine for the 3 buttons but the rear glass buttton will not work on the remotes. I'm assuming thats because my Escape did not come from the factory for an electronic rear glass popper. My question is I would really like to get that button to work with my escape. Where would I get the actuator or w/e that pops the rear glass via remote, and how would i get it to work with my current remote? Anyone has any suggestions.
