Hi to all,
this is my first project in this forum and I hope you enjoy with it as musch as me.
The kit used was the Tamiya Corolla WRC with the Benson & Hedges livery (Studio 27), used by KKK in the "El Corte Ingles" rally in Canary Islans in 2001.
A part of the Studio 27 decals, some nuts and photoettached were used. Regarding the paint, I used Zero paints (Yellow) and Number5 (white and black). And finally, 4 layers of Number5 lack were airbrushed.
Here you have the final pictures:

Jesus, this looks great! Juha is my favourite rally driver of all time, really, and this one is in my to-do pile for the future, hope to do it justice like you did yours. Was masking it as hard as it seems?
Did you manage to find any good reference pictures for this build?

Hi Jesus
That's a fantastic build. I thoroughly enjoyed your WIP on RCMBF (and of course the finished pics). Nice to see you here also!
I love all the detail you've added to the interior. It makes you build really stand out.
Anyway, even without that you'd have won my heart as I love to see other liveries that the factory cars. And this one is very nice.

Thanks for your interest for seeing the Castrol Corolla one. I promise you to put more pictures of it here.

Ales, I only have 8 pictures of it, all of them in the race. I think that a lot of Canary people have more, but Idon't know where!!
ANd regarding the masking, yes, it is very difficult. Please see my wip to understand how I did it and here you have one advice: the black line decal (to put between the yellow and withe around the body) contains two colors: the black for the line, and white (maybe 2 mm) close to the black in order to ensure the masking between the body colors. Well, if you do the masking well, you can remove the withe part of that decal to avoid different color tones between the body white and the decal white. Do you know what I mean?. Hope this helps your model!!
