Need help replacing part for '03 Honda RCV211

I have Tamiya's '03 Repsol Honda RCV211 kit, and somehow I've managed to loose one of the exhaust sections. I'm missing parts D45, H4, H8 & H9 that are assembled in Step #11.

Was hoping that maybe someone might have some left over bits from a build. I figured I'd ask here before I try sourcing the parts directly from Tamiya.
