lt1 wont start

the guy that owns this he was changing spark plugs and his tools touched the alternator and sparked now he says there it wont start! would it be that opt wheel in the distributor?

sorry has no spark and yes it turns over with no start.

yes turns over and no spark. i guess he touched the alternator and it sparked. its a 98 lt1 350 in a 90 toyota 4 runner

I would check all fuses and fuseable links......
