Need to replace 96 Blazer brake line!

The brake line going from the ABS to the rear driver's side rear wheels on my '96 Blazer rusted through. Looking at it on my back in the garage, it looks like a job needing a floor hoist.

Has anyone out there done this, and what are the steps? It looks very crowded between the frame and body.

Well a hoist does help but it can be done by jacking it and putting it on jack stands.
You may have more than one bad line.
Do a carefull look over at the other line while you are at it.

Also the lines may be metric bubble flare lines with diffrent fitting on each end.

Remove each end of line and match up with a replacement line.
Most parts places have steel brake lines and or adapter fittings to do the job.
