Cranks fine, good spark, 62psi fuel pressure at fuel rail, new plugs, wires.

When I changed the plugs most of them were soaked with gas. If you pump the fuel pedal it acts like it wants to start but won't. Any help would be appreciated.

What engine is in your vehicle? Diesel1962.....

Is the Check Engine light on?

Does the fuel pressure stay up for a coupla minutes?

Remove the air inlet cover on the throttle body.
Pour a tablespoon of gasoline down the throttle body.
Replace the air inlet cover.
Try to start the engine.
What did it do?

poured the gas into the throttle body, it didn't hit or anything.

I pulled a couple of plug wires one at a time, then I put another plug into the wire. It seems like it is firing fine.

If you have " good" spark and fuel it should start, someytthing is amiss of course, try a quick shot of starting fluid, post back.

tried starting fluid, still nothing just cranks and cranks

Did it run before you changed the plugs and wires? Not trying to offend you just curious. If you're getting fuel and spark you may have a problem with the fuel injection or maybe it's flooded some how. You said it acts like it wants to start when you pump the gas, try holding the gas down while you try to start it. If it's flooded this will give you more air and should stop the flow of gas until it starts and you let your foot off the gas.

I agree. Just what I was thinkin. Pedal to the metal and crank the crap outta it, 'clear flood mode'. Worth a shot.

Or pull a plug and see if it is wet.

Yes it did run before I changed them, It ran for about two days after I changed them, the battery was low and I pulled it into the backyard and put the battery charger on it overnight. I did try the pedal to the metal thing but it just cranks and cranks. I pulled one of the plugs and it was soaked it gas.. I appreciate your help.

You don't think it might have anything to do with passlock do you? When it was running, the security light would flash after I turned the motor off and continue flashing for about ten minutes. Even after I removed the keys and shut the door. It ran fine though.

Wet with gasoline/you might smell the plugs to be sure, means there's ample fuel.
A spark may be present but it may quit firing under compression when the ignition coil starts failing.
Cylinder misfire at WOT & high rpm usually indicates a failing ignition coil.
Did you ever get that with your A990 426 Max Wedge race car Maxwedge?

Was this condition present prior to the present problem oak2001raid?

yes it was wet with gas, I did smell it. It was missing a little bit before I changed the plugs, that's why I changed them. It did run fine for a day or two before this happened. I didn't put AC Delco plugs in tho. I am gonna pick up a set of those tomorrow and try that.

Was this condition present prior to the present problem oak2001raid? Chris I ran the high performance Mopar electronic ign, and used a Multispark as a back up, took about 2 minutes to wire up and switch systems, there was not et or mph difference between either ignition systems.. Side gapped A22 Autolites and never had a misfire shifting at 7k rpm's.

You might not be getting enough spark, but I think it's a fuel mixture problem. You need to hook a scanner up to it and read the data. Maybe the engine coolant temp. sensor, the mass air flow sensor, idk. I had a buick lesabre recently that quit running and there was a code recorded for the maf sensor, I looked at the datastream and the readings for the maf were bouncing all over the place. Replace the maf sensor and it started right up. If your sensors aren't giving the ecm the right data the fuel mixture won't be right which may explain the wet spark plugs.

UPDATE; Changed the plugs, AC Delco plugs still no start. sprayed starting fluid in the intake didn't hit or anything. Any ideas?

Remove the easiest to get to spark plug, check compression by putting your thumb over the spark plug hole and have an assistant crank the engine over.
Did compressed air try to get past your thumb?
Where are you seeing ignition spark?
