noticed how high this kit is and lowered the suspension by taking a little off the springs ,shock towers and the nubs where the front suspension mounts.http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k173/gridjockey/IMGP0120.jpg http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k173/gridjockey/IMGP0121.jpghttp://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k173/gridjockey/IMGP0119.jpghttp://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k173/gridjockey/IMGP0117.jpghttp://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k173/gridjockey/IMGP0116.jpg

Nice clean work. How about a mock up so we can see the ride height?

Looks reeeeally nice!

I've seen a few threads where the kit has been dissed for overall detail, but for the money, IMHO, it can't be beaten and you've proved a really good OOTB model can be made from it. US stores seem to be knocking them out for peanuts at the moment, though I think they'll be over twice the price when they hit the UK.

I rode with one for a while on the way to Le Mans last year in my tennyweeny Spyder - felt like overtaking a mobile tower block! How big is the model?

BTW, I like the Grabber Blue myself!

the wheelbase is about twenty two and a half centimeters, the body is about forty centimeters long, and the width about fifteen and a half centimeters.http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k173/gridjockey/IMGP0175.jpg
