1995 F150 Hazard lights don't work

Hello,
I have a 95 f150 that has no hazard lights. I compared the old multifunction switch to a new one with a continuity tester. I found a circuit that closed on the new switch but not the old one so I thought I had found the problem. I still have no hazards. They don't even light up. The turn signals, tail lights, and brake lights work fine. Is there a seperate flasher for the hazards?
