Need easy Coolant replace procedure

Hi, I want to Change the coolant in my 02 taurus. Im not interested in flushing it I just want to take out the old and put in fresh coolant.
the issues:
-I dont have a proper jack
-Id rather not take it out by disconnecting the lower radiator hose because I dont have anything to catch it in and I live in an apartment complex.(ill do it if I absolutely have to but I really dont want to pollute)

Question: can I remove it by disconnecting the outlet hose on the water pump and running the engine for a minute or two? (would fill nicely into a bottle)
Question2; can i fill it using the overflow tube from top of radiator[to resevoir hose](and a funnel) and then filling the resevoir tank?
Question3: how much (total in gallons) 50/50 mix will I need?
Question4: since its a sealed system how do I get the air out properly? is that even needed?

Is my idea totally"not do-able"? I thinking this way because my health is not great and i need an easy way to do it.
I dont care if I get it ALL out (80% or so would be fine)

Thanks a lot!

Easiest way is to do a simple drain and refill. Takes two gallons. Need to remove the panel under the front bumper to get to the valve. Can do it with it sitting on the floor but is easier to lift it a few inches. If the coolant is clean, this procedure done every year or two will replenish the anti rust and be enough to keep you going.

Thanks Williyum but like I said my health is bad so I cant do anything that low and removing that panel is not feasible. anyone else?
Could my idea work?
thanks!

If you are healthy enough to remove and replace hoses that have been on for 10 years, you can easily lay down on the floor and remove the small screws that hold the panel under the bumper. After the panel is off the tap on the bottom of the radiator is easily turned open. Your hose removal idea will likely be a coolant mess.
But then that's only my opinion. I'm 75 years old, have two hip replacements. It takes me a while to get down there and back up but is something simple.
