is there a way to make a 2 ohm sub into a 1 ohm sub?

Depends on the sub. Here's a list of how to get 1 ohm:
DVC 4 ohm subs : Requires two subs. Wire each sub to 2 ohm and bridge them down to 1 ohm.
DVC 2 ohm subs : Requires one sub. Just wire the sub down to 1 ohm.
SVC 2 ohm subs : Requires two subs. Bridge the subs down to 1 ohm.
Any more questions, just ask.

i have a 15" solobaric i think its a dual 4 ohms, in the manual you can wire it to 2ohm series and 4 ohm to parallel, is there a way for me to make it 1 ohm?

Not with just one sub. And with a dual 4-ohm sub, then you can you either wire it to 8-ohm series or 2-ohm parallel.
