Hi,

I am wondering if you could modify an old carburetor engine on a classic car to a injected to get better gas mileage.

Please no comments about why would....

Thank you

There are several companies out there that make injector kits for carburated engines. Check Summit racing or Google it.

Do some research. There is lots of information on-line. Holley has made the Pro-jection system for about 20 years. It's good but finnicky to tune initially and the cheaper ones are open-loop, in that they have a limited ability to adjust the mixture based on driving conditions. . A digital closed-loop system is better, but more expensive.
