WHat is wrong with my Eclipse?

Whenever I'm idling or going really slow there is an obtrusive rattling coming from the back rear of my car. I think it may be cracked heat shielding or something. It doesn't always rumble, but sometimes it can be annoying.

Does anyone else have similar problems?

How much will it cost me to fix?

Is your Eclipse manual or automatic?!

Its a '94 gs. I need to get it up to sale, and don't know how much the rumbling will effect the price.

same problem here, i thought it was my tranny or some thing, looked under the car when it was running one day and sure enough there it was a rusted pos shield that is around a stock exhaust.
