2.2 engine revs 1000-1500 rpm after plastic line poped off and replaced

hi this is actually for my sisters sunfire i working on but has the same engine as the 97 cav i have and no one replying in sunfire forum but maybe someone can help me here
i change the fuel injectors as couple were leaking and wasnt the seals had them replace too and the one vac line had come off that goes behind and below the intake manifod thats hard to hook up but now the engine line is on the ETS light stays in OFF cant enable or disable it with the button on shifter and the engine reves up and down around the 1000 rpm mark dont have code reader and i have replaceed the air intake sensor the throttle possition sensor and the sensor i cant remember the name of its the one with spring and like a bullet head that sensor as the map sesnor working if u pull it off engine shuts down and if u pull the adapter with the 4 plastic vac lines engine quits
so what would this be an ideas?
so i replaced all sensors on top of engine from my 97 sunfire no luck now the one black tube that goes under and the intake goes to a sensor that goes to the evap service port now would that sensor have anything to do with it as the hose from the intake had poped off but i pushed it back on later but its hard to get at and i dont know the name of that sensor or how to remove it
plus there is no vacume on the little rubber from the hose or a vacum or pressure on the black pipe coming from top of the intake

Your post is kind of confusing....
Is the CE light on? That would disable the ETS....
How did you know the injectors were leaking?
Why were all those sensors replaced?

ok so this how it started
first 3 injectors were leaking gas driving was getting bad the fumes so i replaced the orings and 2 of the ijectors were learking so i replace the one injector and then was still leaking and then i replaced the other injector put it all back in and forgot that the black plastic pipe that goes to the back of the engine by the sensor was not plugged in so i didnt bother put it all together fired it up ran good for 5 min then started reveing 1000-1500 rpms i replaced all the sensors thinking has to be a sensor still nothing i spray carb cleanar on the hoses but doesnt increase really kinda increases faster the reving when i try to spray down to where the sensor is in the middle of engine where the black pipe goes and another goes from there to the evap service port
as all engine does is ramp up to 1500 then back down like you milking the engine

and i dont know what a CE light is? just the Engine Light is on, and the theft lift light always been on and u can drive it been on a few years
but the ets doesnt turn on or off jsut light up as off so why does it not enable or disable say when the CE light is on whatever that is?
dont have a code reader so i going blind cuz i not sure of a good one

(CE) means check engine light. now if you still have problems and it will run take it to a/z or advanced they'll hook it up for nothing and the check engine light will tell them whats wrong.

i live in canada so i have candian tire or parts auto source would they be able to tell me the codes for nothing? as i know they sell the obd readers

so disconnecting the battery for 20 min did not work when i re started it rpms went from 1500 2000 as it tried to idle at 1500 then dropped down to 1000 back up to 1500 trying to idle now its back to reving 1000 to 1500

ok so i took the car to Canadian Tire and Parts Source neither do it for free
Canadian Tire charges 42.50 per scan so if i replace part and did not fix it its another 42.50 for them to scan it Parts source does not scan anymore as it takes business from the garages so they wont do it
so i figure might as well buy a scanner or a computer based one
another question is it is a safety feature that the rad fan is constanly running never stopping? my sisters friend said the coolant has a bubble in it and thats why its reving up and down cuz its hard to drive constanly pushing car but tried to burp it with filling coolant up and driving on ramps but that didnt fix it
so does the coolant fan mean anything when its constantly running? if that helps

If the engine light is on, a code is set, and depending on the code, this may cause the computer to turn the cooling fan on constantly....
