Oil pressure light never come on

When I turn ignition to ON, low oil pressure indicator light doesn't come on. Neither while I start the car. It's a Malibu 2002 canadian version. It's normal, or my low oil pressure instrument cluster light doesn't work? My 14 other warning instrument cluster lights turn on when I turn key to ON. BTW, these cluster lights are LEDs.

Ok, now it finally come on when I start. Actually it didn't come on at each start. It tooks me 3 starts to turn on. I think the PCM is testing the LED light randomly or after each determined amount of starts.
Info of the manual was not good.
