E46 M3 engine in an E30...

3 words...is it possible?

Will it fit and what else would need to be done eg gearbox..


Just a thought I've had in my head lately.

One word, yes. In fact people fit the S70 into an E30 lol.. don't believe me.. just look for bmw 350 or something like that. it was on that big bmwe30.net site.. but after reopning the image section of the community is all gone.. they had many swapped e30 in there with all sorta engines.
