EEEEEHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! Wrong:D:D, sorry, just wanted to do that.
The D15B2 is out of the 4th gen DX. The D15B1 is out of the STD. The B2 has 92 hp, while the B1 has 70 something. Here is a link with a bunch of engine codes on it. Well here are 2, ami's site has a bunch of engine codes on it also.

incorrect. d15b2 is from an 88-91 DX. it has 90 hp. with an Si cam (d16a6) and MPFI fuel injection, you should be making around 100-105hp at the crank.
btw, doyou have any pics of your engine bay?

Its hard to say really. I never tested each mod seperately, so like adding a header after i have a CAI, is going to give me the power of a header+CAI not each mod seperately. so with each new mod i felt i was gaining power, but i cant really say which one did the best gain happen with.
I will say this, there is a noticable difference with I/H/E than with a stock engine, you should always get those first, before any neons/stickers/seats/spoilers/bodykits/etc.
One thing though, i wouldn't recommend getting an MSD distributor cap & external coil, it seems like it actually made the car idle worse. The same thing happened to my friend with a 91 CRX Si. His car is a bitch to get started since he put the external coil on. If you think about it, having the coil inside the distributor is about the best place for it.
