Fuel Pressure Regulator Removal 97 3.2

I have read a number of posts on removing 98 and newer FPRs but can't find anything on 97 and earlier. I am having trouble with the front bolt. Appears to be a hex or allen 4 mm. I also note that on the newer models there is mention of two bolts but I think I only have one. Any help appreciated. Thought this would be a 10 minute job.
