Panoz Roller Value ?

Guys, I am currently negotiating with a private party that has a Panoz "Roller" he is considering selling.
None of the following parts are included:
No Engine
No Transmission
No wiring
No brake lines
No Windshield
No Interior
No Brake calipers
No Shocks
No Springs

It has been stripped to the frame, which has been painted, and the body panels are all intact with no cracks or dings. It comes with a custom wing, full belly pan and splitter.

I have built both a Mustang and Panoz from the ground up for racing, so I have an idea of what I am getting into (and therefore should have my head examined... but that's a different topic), but I would like your opinion on what is a reasonable price range for a Roller...not what you would want for "your" roller... but what you would be willing to pay for one. Any input would be GREATLY appreciated !!

My Opinion, you can buy a trashed car for $15,000 to $20,000 for a so so car I think $5000 is a good price considering how much work it will take to get it going.

If you are interested in "less of a project" I have 2 Panoz that I plan to sell. I think you would end up money ahead, BTW!

#1 GTRA school car that has GTS Tremec and 302 V8. We converted it to Holley with aluminum manifold, but retained stock Explorer short block. Has aluminum GT40 heads (from GTS) and MSD etc. Also GTS like guages. Current SCCA log book (never raced). White with some graphics. Also has all frame reinforcements for slicks. Car has been updated and gone through and is fully sorted. Other than Koni shocks, diff cooler and 302 this is basically a GTS car. Extra brakes and 17" wheels. $18,000

#2 2000 GTS with new Tremec (2h), fresh engine, rear end and continous professional maintenance. Car is ready to race and holds current SCCA track records (GTP class) for Thunderhill (1:55), Infineon (1:46), and Laguna Seca (1:37). Very fast and well sorted GT2 car with current logs and massive spairs, 2 sets 18" CCW wheels, 17 rains etc. Car is red with very nice paint....looks like new car. $29,000. I have 2-3x into this car.

I haven't got to serious about selling either yet, but can email pics etc. Both cars are in Northern California.

Thanks Kevin, but I really want to build my own. A stripped roller would be ideal (that way I don't have to ebay or throw away a bunch of parts I don't want).
