Plastic bumper cover

Anyone know a little bit cheaper place to get the plastic piece that surrounds the tow hooks and goes between the bumper corners on an 09 Silverado Z71? Bought this truck and noticed someone had cut holes in this piece to maybe put a plow on it? looks bad and i want to replace the piece before winter. I am not sure of the part number.
