2001 neon keeps overheating whats sup

I have replaced the theromstat, hose, and no whater will spill out except for the over flow tank. what could be the problem. dont want to spend to much for the wrong thing.

Try replacing the radiator cap. It is is not a tight seal, pressure won't build to keep it from boiling over.
