composite vs sealed beam lights

I am thinking about changing my square sealed beam head lights on my 96 cheyenne to some composite square headlights would this be a smart move???

also I know that some chevys had driving/fog lights just below the bumper mine didn't come with them but I would like to have some there how hard would it be to set that up?
