'03 Explorer Speed Sensor?

I'm trying to change the vehicle speed sensor (VSS) for my 2003 Explorer 4.0 2WD. I got under the car a few times and can't find it. Does anyone know EXACTLY where it is? Thanks.

if it is not on the drivers side rear of transmission,,,,,,,look in ,,,at rear end,,the differential housing
