eyech...Veilside...no offence, but i just find their kits to be disgustingly ugly. i had this same kit, and went with the stock body-kit piece on it. personally, i don't like the Evo vent or the way you've filled in the front grille...but i'll hold my judgments until i see the finished product i guess. i just think it looks so much cleaner in the first pics.

Thx for your opinion. S13_Iketani, personnally I like the VeilSide kits because it's extreme in the design. I hope that you opinion will change by seeing the final result. ;)

but i agree with S13_Iketani. I don't like Veilside side esp not on a Silvia.
Looking forward to see more progress pics :)

I don't like to cut my cars to get a part, but in some cases the model is crushed (for the Skyline it is the case) then I recover some interesting parts. For the air intake, it's a simple resin part.

Each one has its idea. I try to find new ideas for my models, I hope the final result will be good.
For the wheels, I've got this set:
http://files.automotiveforums.com/uploads/283953fuj19214box.JPG
but I think the wheels are too small. Initially, I'll put Brembo brakes with the RUF wheels (18") and later I'll change the wheels to a set of Aoshima (19") but I dont know which model yet. If you have a suggestion...

A little update, I have built an intercooler, cut the original intercooler in front bumper, put new mirrors and rear wing (originally for the S15 VeilSide) and continued the shape of the hood.

I tend to agree. They look undersized and plain compared to the far-out bodywork surrounding them. I'd suggest flaring the wheelwells, then looking for some wider wheels & tires with deeper rims.... Something like these.
